What the website collects

• Server log: request time, page address, browser details and a shortened IP address (the last digits are masked). It keeps the site running and secure and is kept for 30 days.
• Your chosen language is stored only in your browser and never sent to the server.

The website uses no cookies, analytics, ads or third-party services. Fonts are served from this same server.

The app

The app works with files on your computer and does not send them to us. Archive passwords are never stored or transmitted.

Where data is kept

The server is hosted by OVHcloud in a data centre in Warsaw (Poland, EU). Data is not sold or shared with third parties, except where required by law. The legal basis for the server log is our legitimate interest in running the site securely.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you and request its deletion by writing to hello@peakzip.app. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.
